The cost for us to unlock your Apple or Android device on a Canadian telecommunications carrier is $49 and the turnaround time is 1-15 days.
If you have an iPhone that is locked to Bell/Virgin/Telus/Koodo, and there is an unpaid amount owing on the account, the cost to unlock your iPhone is $89 and the turnaround time is 1-10 days. The cost for Rogers/Fido locked phones remains at $49.

What is cell phone unlocking?
An unlocked cell phone or tablet with cellular can pick up service through any carrier that supports the device.
Why should I get my cell phone unlocked?
The main reason to unlock your phone is to save you money. An unlocked cell phone can save you money is if you happen to be traveling to another country. Will my cell phone ever become locked again?
All our cell phone unlocks are “factory unlocks”, which means your phone is guaranteed to be unlocked forever when you unlock with us. It is important to make sure you get a “factory unlock” when unlocking your cell phone. Other types of unlocks can only be temporary, and may not let you update your cell phone.

You can unlock your mobile device by text/emailing us the IMEI number and calling us to make payment by credit card, or by coming to the store / home office to make arrangements. We will need the following information:
